Worm gearboxes from Siddhivinayak Engineering deliver high torque with low-speed gear ratio. Featuring a simple and compact design, these gears can achieve higher gear ratios than helical gears. These worm reduction gears, characterized by screw-like qualities, resemble helical gears, but with a typically larger helix angle and a longer body in the axial direction. The gears in these gearboxes can be right or left-handed based on the application.

Mounting options include universal housing, side flanges, foot (horizontal and vertical), shaft mounted with a torque arm. Available with solid shafts (single or double), equipped with a torque arm or torque limiter.
